Use and Guidelines

Your use of the Tishma Technologies logo is subject to the restrictions and guidelines below. By using the Tishma Technologies logo, you agree to abide by the following:
  1. IPG may take appropriate action against any unauthorized or non‑conforming use of the Tishma Technologies trademarks, or any other use inconsistent with these restrictions and guidelines.
  2. Never use the Tishma Technologies logo as your own.
  3. Do not incorporate the Tishma Technologies logo, in whole or in part, into the name of your company, product, service, logo, trademark, or website.
  4. Do not manufacture, sell, or give away any products bearing the Tishma Technologies logo unless those products were manufactured by Tishma Technologies (or IPG).
  5. Do not alter the Tishma Technologies logo in any way other than as permitted herein.
  6. Do not use the Tishma Technologies logo in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by Tishma Technologies without express written permission from IPG.
  7. Do not use the Tishma Technologies logo to disparage Tishma Technologies, its products, or its services, or in any manner which, in Tishma Technologies’ sole discretion, may diminish or tarnish Tishma Technologies’ goodwill in its logo.
  8. Do not use the Tishma Technologies logo to refer to any product or service other than those provided by IPG.
  9. You must display the following statement in materials that display the Tishma Technologies logo:
    “Tishma Technologies is a trademark of IPG or its affiliates.”
  10. You acknowledge that all rights to the Tishma Technologies trademarks are the exclusive property of IPG, and all goodwill generated through your use of the Tishma Technologies trademarks will inure to the sole benefit of Tishma Technologies. You may not take any action that conflicts with Tishma Technologies’ rights in, or ownership of, the Tishma Technologies trademarks.
  11. IPG reserves the right to cancel, modify, or change these restrictions and guidelines at any time in its sole discretion and without notice. You should periodically review these restrictions and guidelines to ensure ongoing compliance.
