PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE DETAILS
- Overall Inspection: Perform a complete visual and functional inspection of the system.
- Safety Systems: Check doors, guards, switches, sensors, E-stops, lights, and indicators.
- Incoming Product Drives System: Inspect bearings, couplings, sprockets, shafts, motors, and chains.
- Pneumatics: Check filters, lines, gauges, cylinders, solenoids, vacuum system, cups, and lines. Verify functionality and check for leaks.
- Lubrication: Lubricate the grease lines, fittings and bearings, and the robot greasing as applicable per manufacturer guidelines.
- Clutch & Sprockets: Inspect bearings, shafts, sprockets for wear, and verify proper function.
- Robot Functions: Check that axis movement is free, mounting is secure, and inspect for wear.
- End of Arm Tooling: Inspect vacuum cups and grippers. Verify operation, movement, and check for wear.
- Robot Batteries: Check battery safety and replace annually per manufacturer guidelines.
- Controls System: Inspect fans and temperature controls for cleanliness and proper operation.
- Teach Pendant: Check wiring, buttons, and switches for wear.
- Hardware & Mounting: Ensure all system hardware and mounting components are secure.
