Confidential Ethics Line

At IPG, our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and Human Rights Policy define our commitment to doing business the right way. They set out basic guiding principles that apply to all directors, management personnel, employees, business partners, and other stakeholders, regardless of location. Together with our Supplier Code of Conduct, these documents communicate our values and expectations.

IPG is serious about preventing, and should they occur, identifying and remediating, instances of corporate wrongdoing within the Company. Stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns about, or violations related to, any topic covered by these policies and the documents they reference. These topics include but are not limited to violations of laws to which the Company is subject, and improprieties and fraudulent acts relating to the Company’s business practices.

Violations of the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and Human Rights Policy, including anti-competitive practices, child and forced labor, and environmental non-compliance are not tolerated in any part of IPG’s value chain and will be investigated.

Anyone may report violations and submit complaints and obtain information, advice and suggestions confidentially and anonymously by phone or web provided by an independent third-party service provider. Confidentiality will be maintained to the fullest extent possible and information will only be shared on a “need-to-know” basis, consistent with the need to conduct an adequate review.
